Pastor Katie will be out of town from March 6th through March 20th. In an emergency, she can be reached by her cellphone. There will be a number of people in the church who will be filling in during this time and messages left at the church will be answered!
Join us for worship during this season of Lent as we explore the lives of the people who witnessed the Passion of Christ. Each week, we will hear their stories told and reflect on what we might have done had we been there.
Worship begins at 10:15 am - ALL ARE WELCOME!

The Road to Fondwa tells the powerful story of a rural Haitian community poised to change the future of Haiti one University student at a time.
We will be showing the film on Sunday, February 21 at 4:00pm. It is a great film for children and adults and we would love to have you join us!
Donations will be accepted at the screening and will be split between the United Methodist Committee on Relief and Partners in Progress - two organizations working on the ground in Haiti. We also will be collecting Health Kits to be sent (see the announcement below this one for details).
Our church is hoping to help the Iowa Annual Conference send 10,000 health kits to Haiti this month. Each kit costs about $12 to assemble and will help to bring a tiny sense of normalcy to people who have been devasted by the earthquakes there. For a list on what each kit needs to include, click on the title of this news item.
We will be sending a batch of the kits to Des Moines, en route to Haiti, on February 8. If you cannot assemble a kit by that time, feel free to bring them throughout the month to our church office.
